- CPS Picture Day is Thursday, September 11. Picture forms will be going home on Monday, however if you need an extra copy or lose yours you can visit our website to print one: http://www.celinaschools.org/eastschool_home.aspx
- Monday, September 22 will be a 2-hour delay day for Teacher Inservice. Please plan accordingly for your child. Due to the 2-hour delay, no breakfast will be served on Monday, September 22.
- Parent Lunch Week forms have been sent home (along with the revised form), please turn those in no later than September 12. We need to have an accurate count to be sure that we order enough food :) Book fair will also be taking place that same week for you to stop in and visit with your child.
- Now that our students are becoming familiar with the school and the routine, we would like to remind you of the drop off & pick up schedule.
- Breakfast is served 8:05 - 8:40
- Students not eating breakfast can enter the building at 8:20
- If you are dropping your child off for breakfast before 8:20, please drop him/her off at the back office doors so they can walk directly to the cafeteria.
- If you are dropping off/walking your child to school, please allow your child to enter the school on their own. We love to encourage our students to be independent and responsible in the building.
- If you are dropping off your child for breakfast, please send your child to breakfast on their own and do not accompany your child to the cafeteria. We are limited on space and time.
- If you need to drop off your child before 8:20, please have your child stand at the doors of the building, do not have him/her walk to his/her classroom. Our teachers are busy in meetings and preparing for the day that we cannot always provide supervision before 8:20 in the classrooms.
- Our first round of bus riders are dismissed at 3:15
- The second round of bus riders and car riders/walkers are dismissed at 3:20. Please be prompt in picking your child up.
Thank you for all of your support and cooperation as we work to provide a safe, fun, learning environment!
